The Stainless Bros 0.75D Radius Stainless Steel Donuts are manufactured using custom tooling which are engineered for ultra-tight packaging where space is limited. With a true 0.75D centerline radius, these bends are significantly tighter than most options available on the market — making them ideal for compact turbo systems and tight engine bay routing.
Sold as unwelded sets, each donut is cleaned and ready to weld right out of the package. The surface finish matches the premium quality of the Stainless Bros stainless product line.
Important Fabrication Note
Due to the tight-radius forming process, material slightly thins at the inside of the radius. Careful heat control during welding is recommended in this area to maintain optimal weld integrity.
