Where Do You Ship

We ship worldwide. For shipments in the USA and Canada, we use UPS Ground shipping. For international orders, we use UPS for standard shipping speeds and DHL for expedited shipping.

Shipping Rates and Times

Stainless Bros makes every attempt to fulfill and ship most orders the SAME DAY! 99.5% of orders ship within 24 hours. The shipping is charged as a flat rate based on small, medium, and large shipments.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted on brand new items in their original packaging up to 30 days after purchase in exchange for merchandise credit. Please contact us at [email protected] or 512-827-3404 for a return authorization before any items are returned.15% or more restocking fee will be charged based on the volume.
