The Stainless Bros. SS304 Double Slip Joint is engineered for applications where a tighter seal is required than a traditional single slip joint—especially in NA headers/turbo headers and higher pressure exhaust applications.

Unlike a standard slip, the double slip design forces exhaust gases to travel two 180-degree paths to escape. This longer, more restrictive leak path significantly reduces the chance of exhaust leakage while still allowing for thermal expansion and movement.

Each joint is hand-fit and assembled to ensure precise slip tolerances.
